CADA PERSONA ES UNA MINORÍA IMPORTANTE – EVERY PERSON IS A MAJOR MINORITY

Hoy damos espacio-tiempo al clamor del silencio de quienes comprenden el significado de trabajar por los problemas estructurales, a veces naturalizados, por encima de la identificación política, ideológica, religiosa y/o personal. Estos temas por resolver han penetrado, transversalmente, todas las estructuras, instituciones y prácticas, dejando innumerables víctimas y excluidos, carencias no tratadas, repetidos ciclos tristes.

Se debe notar que:

Comenzamos a visibilizar experiencias individuales en dinámicas colectivas, abriendo canales de voz e identidad.
Empezamos a comprender la necesidad de valorar las identidades individuales, como únicas y complementarias, en el contexto de la confluencia y convergencia de intenciones comunes para el mayor bienestar de todos.
Estamos valorando a cada persona en su singularidad como una minoría importante, con una voluntad determinada por su historia, sus vivencias, sus propias revelaciones, su camino, sus desafíos y sus expectativas.

En este contexto, el respeto y el cuidado de las personas y los colectivos adquiere nuevas dimensiones que vamos descubriendo, con nuevas pautas de convivencia de la diversidad que debemos incorporar.

Estamos aprendiendo la importancia de generar procesos coherentes, consistentes y plurales.

Estamos adquiriendo conocimientos y nuevas prácticas que nos permitirán dar forma al cuadro, completando el puzzle y terminando el tapiz.

En este proceso, todos, incluidas las dirigencias, tenemos la oportunidad y el deber de mejorar continuamente la dinámica democrática general e interna, entendiendo que la representación debe tener la legitimidad de la participación a través de herramientas de gestión y elección.

Por más y mejores: elecciones, PASO, alternancia, organización y simplificación.

Estamos llamados a celebrar la diversidad y entenderla en su expresión de riqueza complementaria y compartida, en un marco de equilibrio y respeto..

Today, we give space-time for the clamor of silence of those who understand the significance of working for the, sometimes naturalized, structural problems above the political, ideological, religious and/or personal identification. These issues to be resolved have penetrated, transversally, all structures, institutions and practices, leaving countless victims and excluded, untreated deficiencies, repeated sad cycles.

It should be noted that:

We started to make individual experiences visible in collective dynamics, opening channels of voice and identity.
We begin to understand the need to value individual identities, as unique and complementary, in the context of the confluence and convergence of common intentions for the greater well-being of all.
We are valuing each person in their uniqueness as an important minority, with a will determined by history, experiences, own revelations, path, challenges and expectations.

In this context, respect and care for individuals and groups takes on new dimensions that we are discovering, with new guidelines for coexistence of diversity that we must incorporate.

We are learning the importance of generating coherent, consistent and plural processes.

We are acquiring knowledge and new practices that will allow us to shape the picture, completing the puzzle and finishing the tapestry.

In this process, all of us, including the leaders, have the opportunity and the duty to continuously improve the general and internal democratic dynamics, understanding that representation must have the legitimacy of participation, through management and election tools.

We are called to celebrate diversity and understand it in its expression of complementary and shared wealth, in a framework of balance and respect.
